High Salary Courses after 12th Science (PCMB)

Engineering Course

This is the first option for the students in PCM group. Apart from the popular branches viz. Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Tele-communication, Information Technology, various other branches are emerging. You can opt from Marine, Aerospace, Petroleum, Automobile, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Nano-Technology, etc. Candidates need to appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced exam for admission to engineering courses. State-level exams are also conducted for engineering admissions –

  • Initial Salary – 2.5 to 6 lakh (as per different disciplines)
  • Architecture – Initial Salary – 2.5 to 3 lakh
  • Navy – Initial Salary – As per rank and current Pay Commission
  • Commercial Pilot – Initial Salary – 1 to 1.5 lakh per month
  • B.Sc in Computer Science – Initial Salary – 3 to 3.5 lakh per annum

Architecture Course

Today, urbanisation is the most cherished goal of any government, especially those in developing countries. Urbanisation in action translates into town planning, the building of civic amenities, construction, malls, hospitals, hotels etc. It is the central theme of all developments. B. Arch is a 5-year degree course. To get admission into this course, a student is required to appear for the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Only those students are eligible to appear for the NATA who have done their class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
