Training And Placement Cell is an integral part.

One essential component is the Training and Placement Cell. Its purpose is to guarantee that Shree L. R. Tiwari Degree College of Arts, Commerce, and Science graduates receive the finest placements possible. It’s crucial to know several domains in order to be competitive in today’s market. The Training & Placement Cell, led by capable professionals under the direction of Principal Dr. Sanjay Mishra and faculty members, operates year-round and works closely with recruiting teams from top corporate houses to ensure that every student finds suitable positions after completing their courses. With a thorough grasp of how businesses operate, Training & Placement Cell plans activities and programs that give students opportunities to experience the working world.Instruction & Recruiting Students might get job support from Cell. The Cell regularly hosts Webinars, Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lecturers, Personality Development programs, and other events, giving students lots of chances to network with professionals in various fields. Additionally, the Placement Cell sets up projects, internships, and in-house training with business groups to give students a thorough industry orientation that will help them hone their talents before they start their actual employment.

Placement Cell contacts the organizations to find out their recruitment plan for the year. Alternately, the organizations inform the Placement Cell about the existing opportunities and share their skill set requirement in the form of job description through email or phone.
