Many startups may not fully understand the significance of protecting their intellectual property or may underestimate the risks associated with infringement.

The Webinar shall provide a clear understanding of the various types of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. It shall explain the scope of protection offered by each type and help startups identify which forms of IP are relevant to their business.

The seminar shall provide practical guidance on how to protect and manage intellectual property. It should outline the steps involved in filing patent applications, registering trademarks and copyrights, and implementing trade secret protection measures. It should also discuss the associated costs, timelines, and potential pitfalls to be aware of.
